Elisabeth is an associate advising a wide range of public and private sector clients on IT and commercial law matters, including significant procurement and outsourcing projects.

Elisabeth advises clients on IT matters including software development, licensing, and IT hosting and outsourcing deals, and has in-house experience in a number of leading technology businesses, including BP Legal and Xerox Europe.

She has acted for a number of public sector bodies in connection with public procurement and outsourcing projects for capital and services expenditure, and recently advised a consortium of public sector bodies on a £500million collaborative procurement programme.

Elisabeth has expertise in data protection, holding the ISEB Certificate in Data Protection Law. She has advised various consortia of public sector bodies, the Commercial Directorate at the Department of Health, Acute Trusts and various national and international businesses on the drafting and application of DP/FOI and confidentiality provisions.
