Holly is based in the Contentious Property Team in the Cardiff office. Holly has acted for Housing Associations advising on an extensive range of tenant management issues including recovery of rent, service charge disputes, anti-social behaviour problems and disrepair claims. Holly regularly appears before the County Court.   

On the non-contentious side, Holly advises on and drafts housing management policies and procedures and advises on regulatory issues connected with housing management and complaints to the Ombudsman.
