Nicola joined Morgan Cole originally in May 2002, she deals in the main with Defendant Road Traffic Accident claims cases ranging from small claims to multi-track for AXA Insurance.  In addition Nicola also deals with the post-litigated defended work from the firm’s Debt Recovery Department.  She undertakes and supervises all aspects of Insurance litigation and has previously worked in our Insurance department where she specialised in personal injury litigation dealing with both Employers liability and Public liability claims.  Nicola joined the DMG team in August 2006
