Claire qualified into Morgan Cole’s Dispute Management Team in September 2008, having trained at Morgan Cole. Before becoming a solicitor she worked for 12 years in local government and qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Claire is instructed by claimants and defendants on a range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, disputed warranty claims, debt recovery and shareholder litigation. She also handles contentious probate matters, and is a student member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
