Sian heads the firm’s property litigation team with over 20 years extensive experience in this area. She acts for local authorities and health boards as well as housing associations, educational establishments and charities. Siân specialises in commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewal proceedings, dilapidation claims, adverse possession claims, claims in respect of disputed easements and restrictive covenants, mortgage possession proceedings and Lands Tribunal claims arising out of compulsory purchase orders. Siân’s practice also includes agricultural land disputes acting predominantly for the land owner.

Siân also has a wide ranging commercial property litigation practice covering asset management issues and property related disputes. Siân regularly appears before the Courts and also has considerable experience of Mediations.
