Kevin advises across the full range of commercial disputes and acts for a variety of public and private sector clients. He joined the firm in 1998 and qualified into the team in 2000.

Kevin specialises in the implementation and management of IT projects and long term IT contracts and deals with disputes arising from the procurement and supply of IT software, ICT systems and facilities management services.

He also specialises in claims involving commercial agents, acting for both agents and principals, and has been involved in a number of reported cases, including most recently the Court of Appeal case in Anderson and Albrecht v Crocs Europe BV.

Kevin also deals regularly with breach of contract claims, disputes involving the sale and supply of goods and services and other commercial disputes.

Kevin is a Committee member of the Wales Commercial Law Association.
