Lee leads the Intellectual Property Team in Wales working from both the Cardiff and Swansea offices.

Lee has gained a wide range of experience in commercial disputes and in particular those arising from the use of new technology including intellectual property disputes.

Whilst continuing to work on some commercial disputes his practice now concentrates on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. He advises a range of public and private sector clients on the identification, protection, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights including patents, design rights, trademarks, database rights, copyright and confidential information.
