Steve is a solicitor in the Legal Innovation team providing business analysis primarily in relation to the firm's case and matter management systems. Prior to the business analysis role, Steve practiced law in the commercial, insurance and health teams, and he brings that direct fee earning experience to the role.

Steve is currently responsible for:

• Analyzing business processes and drafting workflows to improve working practices and efficiency
• Assessing and designing data structures for the management and manipulation of data both for client and internal purposes
• Providing management reports for both internal and external purposes, including complex analysis reports
• Producing and maintaining precedent documents for use in case management
• Developing and maintaining scripts and formulae
• Liaising with both internal and external customers to define requirements and advise on solutions
