Ashleigh is an experienced solicitor in Morgan Cole’s Regulatory team. She is a specialist advocate and deals primarily with health, safety and other regulatory issues before courts and tribunals. She regularly appears before magistrates and coroners courts all over the country.

Her work includes representing corporate and individual clients in both the private and public sectors in critical incident management; advice and representation at interviews under caution; support throughout the course of a joint investigation by the Police and the HSE and defence of criminal prosecutions brought by the CPS and / or Regulator.

Ashleigh also represents business clients charged with criminal offences ranging from Offences against the Person to causing death by dangerous driving. Many of the cases in which she is routinely involved are complex and attract media interest.

Ashleigh prosecutes on behalf of the RSPCA and has represented the Society in a number of high profile cases
