Claire qualified into the Dispute Management Team in September 2008, after training at Morgan Cole. Before training as a solicitor she worked for 12 years in local government. Claire was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 2008, having qualified as a company secretary.

Claire is instructed by claimants and defendants on a range of commercial disputes in the private and public sector, including breach of contract, disputed warranty claims, debt recovery and shareholder litigation. She also handles contentious probate matters.
