Joanna joined the firm in September 2006 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified into the Dispute Management team in Swansea in 2008. Joanna specialises in commercial disputes, defended debt recovery claims of a substantial value or which involve complex issues, defended possession claims on behalf of a secured lender which involve either Consumer Credit Act issues or allegations of fraud and injunctive proceedings.  She has experience in settlement negotiation, mediation and advocacy.   Joanna has recently acted for an NHS Local Health Board on a highly sensitive case in successfully obtaining an injunction against a former employee threatening to disclose confidential information.  She was also successful in taking another injunction application to the Court of Appeal on behalf of a national Plc.
