Andrew is a qualified solicitor working in the Business Support & Insolvency team. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor Andrew spent 2 years amassing extensive experience of bankruptcy, compulsory liquidation and general debt collection procedures. His knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and experience of insolvency procedures enables him to offer Insolvency Practitioner and Lender clients tailored solutions that lead to the early recovery of unpaid debts and swift dispute resolution.

Andrew is also gaining wide-ranging experience whilst acting for Insolvency Practitioners, debtors, creditors and stake-holders.

Andrew has a particular interest in the increasing number of agricultural insolvencies and the day to day financial and commercial pressures faced by the farming community.  Growing up on a hill farm in mid-Wales has given Andrew a unique insight and understanding of the issues they face and enables him to provide intuitive advice to owners, Lenders and those involved in the supply chain.
