Clara is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team. She has worked at Morgan Cole for over 15 years and has acted for numerous commercial clients in this time. Clara has advised on both contentious and non-contentious issues arising out of all forms of commercial agreements and in particular has advised on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. In addition Clara is engaged in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and frequently advises on the interpretation and enforceability of contentious clauses.

Clara is a key member of the firm’s education group and regularly contributes to our education focused newsletters and delivers training tailored to our clients’ needs.
