Clare has been at Morgan Cole since 2005, having trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2007.

Clare has advised both claimants and defendants on a wide range of commercial disputes including breach of contract, negligence, defamation  and claims made under the sale of goods legislation.  In addition Clare has had experience in dealing with a large shareholder dispute.

Clare also advises clients in relation to intellectual property rights, predominantly in contentious matters.  She has advised clients in relation to the validity of trade marks, potential actions in passing off and copyright infringement.
