Duncan has been appearing as an advocate at employment tribunal hearings since 1995 and has worked for Morgan Cole since 2001. He has been involved in defending many complicated claims.  He also has vast experience of providing advice on HR issues, including health and safety work.

Duncan is responsible for Morgan Cole's immigration law advice and in particular provides guidance for employers and education bodies on sponsorship under the points based system.
