Paddy heads the firm’s Thames Valley regulatory team.  He deals primarily with licensing, health and safety and other regulatory issues before magistrates courts and other tribunals.  He is an extremely experienced advocate and regularly appears before magistrates courts licensing committees and coroners courts all over the country.  He also acts as a legal adviser to the General Teaching Council on conduct and competence hearings involving Teachers and is a member of the firm’s specialist education sector practice.
