Nick is a Partner based in our Bristol office whose work area is in employers’ liability, public liability and large loss road traffic accident claims. Nick works with Mark Bailey in our large loss and complex claims team.

Prior to joining Morgan Cole in 1997, Nick worked in-house for a Lloyd’s syndicate handling both pre-litigation and litigated files and dealing with policy issues. He regularly delivers training sessions for clients and completed two client secondments in 2008 and 2009 to enable him to gain the widest possible exposure to large loss claims.
