Sarah has been at Morgan Cole since 2000, having trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2002.
Sarah has represented both claimants and defendants, including a number of public bodies, in relation to a wide range of commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, general negligence claims and claims made under the sale of goods legislation. She has recently been involved in advising in relation to judicial review proceedings.
Sarah also specialises advising clients in relation to intellectual property rights in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Sarah has advised both public and private bodies on a variety of infringement, validity, ownership and registration issues. She has been involved in representing clients in relation to various intellectual property disputes, including claims for passing off, breach of confidence, infringement of copyright, infringement of trade marks and infringement of design rights (both registered and unregistered). Sarah’s experience includes dealing with injunction proceedings.
