Kate deals mainly with healthcare regulatory cases on behalf of a regulatory body. Kate has a background in providing health care advice to NHS organisations, including in respect of NHS Defendant personal injury advice employer and public liability claims including occupational disease, complex manual handling claims, violent patient claims, and potential vicarious liability cases of sexual assault. Kate also provides mental health, mental capacity and HSE management advice, as well as advice on NHS policies, involving disability and equality issues. Kate has also acted in judicial review cases.
