Having graduated from Southampton Solent University in 1998 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Business & Law, Sasha went on to study for his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Guildford. In 2000 he commenced his Training Contact with Merriman White Solicitors at Kings Bench Walk, Inner Temple London. Upon conclusion of his training contract, Sasha joined Morgan Cole in 2002 where he is now an Associate in the Insurance Practice Area. He specialises in Personal Injury with mainly Multi-Track, but also some Fast Track work.

The majority of Sasha's work is acting for commercial insured’s defending RTA claims brought against them, brought by third parties. This involves advising and recommending tactics to insurers and commercial clients who both have different concerns and views on cases.

Sasha is experienced in employers' liability and public liability claims. He also has a large case load acting for UK Claims Handling agents for European Insurers in respect of cross border disputes regarding RTA’s abroad. This involves a detailed understanding of the 4th Directive and Rome II.

In addition to this Sasha manages and supervises a team of four fee earners dealing with defendant RTA claims, specifically Credit Hire and low value Personal Injury.
