Douglas has been with the firm since 1993 and was made an associate in 2004. Since completing his training contract, he undertook predominantly defendant personal injury/industrial disease work for a number of insurers along with some general litigation and injury/family law based indemnity work.

Douglas managed one of Morgan Cole's insurance teams before joining the professional indemnity team in 2006, where he works on commercial and residential property, wills and trusts, contentious employment, commercial agreement and personal injury-based claims.
