Johnathan is a partner in the firm’s corporate team where he specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.  

He has considerable M&A experience having advised on an array of transactions ranging from corporate acquisitions and disposals to management buy-outs and buy-ins, receivership acquisitions and disposals and corporate reorganisations.  

Johnathan has also advised a range of institutional clients from banks to venture capitalists on transactions ranging from start-ups to development capital and acquisition finance .
