Philip has acted for numerous major clients and gained extensive experience as a commercial property lawyer including sales and purchases, commercial leases, land acquisition and development, secured lending, Building Society and Housing Association law. Philip has for many years been the Head of Morgan Cole's Housing Group and is the contact partner for several Housing Associations.
