Ruth leads the firm's commercial property team in Oxford. She has wide experience of all aspects of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant, the acquisition and disposal of investment property and property development, particularly major projects with construction or procurement. Her clients include several educational institutions and health authorities, as well as landlords and tenants in the private sector with large property portfolios.
