Emyr is a commercial lawyer with an impressive track record of handling a range of heavyweight IT/IP and technology supply transactions at the highest level for both private and public sector clients.  Projects include advising the National Assembly for Wales in respect of the Merlin Project and British Energy PLC on the IT and business process outsourcing for SWALEC.  He regularly advises public bodies at the highest level on constitutional, statutory and European issues and is also a member of the firm's specialist education sector practice.
