Robin is chairman of the firm and specializes in regulatory and professional conduct work, acting for public and private companies and their directors, public sector organizations, and regulatory bodies.  Many of the cases in which Robin has been involved have been high profile and complex, to include compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, corporate manslaughter and the regulation of the solicitors', accountancy, and teaching professions.

Robin regularly lectures and holds seminars on these topics and was recently invited, for example, to speak at the annual meeting of the U.K.'s Electricity Industry held in Guernsey.

Robin is a Solicitor-Advocate, having obtained his Higher Rights of Audience in both civil and criminal work in 1995, and a Part-Time Employment Judge.
