A graduate of the University of Manchester, Ricky began his career with Harrison Clark of Worcester in 2000 before going on to join BP Collins in Gerrards Cross then Lester Aldridge, London.

Ricky specialises in a range of company and commercial law issues. He works on all types of commercial agreements working with clients ranging from FTSE 100 companies to SMEs and entrepreneurs. He also advises on a number of corporate issues particularly company and business acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and non-contentious insolvency.
