Tessa advises on a range of charity law matters from setting up new charities to restructuring existing ones as well as other governance issues. She studied law at Durham University and practised in Birmingham before moving to Oxford. She joined Morgan Cole as a consultant in 2009. Tessa has worked in-house for a large charity and has direct experience of the sector. She is a member of the Charity Law Association.
