Morgan Cole has promoted two of its lawyers to Senior Associates as part of the firm’s ongoing growth in the Thames Valley.

Stephen Schneider is based in the firm’s Oxford office and specialises in Dispute Management.

Highlights of Stephen’s career so far include handling what became the leading case at the House of Lords on the law concerning how to assess compensation claims for self-employed salespeople, and winning a cybersquatting case in which he secured a domain name which was trading on the name of the firm’s client Raymond Blanc.

Stephen advises on numerous types of dispute, and his particular specialisms include agency law and dealing with land disputes for a number of substantial landowners across the UK.

Kirsteen Mace is based in Reading and leads a growing property litigation team within the Reading Insurance Practice Area.  With a background in Professional Indemnity and policy disputes, she and her team handle a wide range of insurance claims with an emphasis on property damage.

Elizabeth Carr, Managing Partner said, "These are two extremely talented lawyers who are leaders in their respective fields in the Thames Valley legal community. They fully deserve their promotions at Morgan Cole and will play leading roles in the firm’s future development."
