Following a rigorous assessment by the British Computer Society, Morgan Cole has been reappointed by the Information Systems Examination Board to provide a comprehensive, five-day course which prepares delegates to take the nationally recognised Certificate in Data Protection examination.
Originally appointed in 2005, Morgan Cole may now deliver its popular courses, led by practising data protection lawyers, until 2011.
Ian Emery, Business Manager for the ISEB course, commented "We are delighted that ISEB have assessed our course materials and method of delivering their syllabus and found it appropriate to reappoint us. Feedback from our courses always indicates a high-level of satisfaction with our approach, particularly the manner in which the material is delivered and the access that our delegates have to the practising lawyers delivering the course. We look forward to building on past success where so many of our delegates go on to pass the examination and benefit from our guidance in their roles."
The ISEB Certificate in Data Protection acts as the benchmark for competence, ability and performance in data protection, covering the ‘softer’ skills as well as technical competences required for complying with the Data Protection Act. Our delegates benefit from the confidence that comes from an in-depth knowledge of their subject and the ability to demonstrate it by means of a recognised qualification where the successfully pass the exam.
