Limited Liability Partnership

From 1 April 2010, Morgan Cole will be a limited liability partnership (LLP), whose members  (who we will continue to refer to as partners) have limited liability.

While the business and assets of the firm have been transferred to the new LLP, this change of structure will not affect the nature of the service we provide, nor the identity of the people providing it.

The practical effect of the change is simply that, from the time of conversion, the client relationship will be with the new limited liability partnership. The new LLP is now responsible to clients for all new and current work, rather than the  former firm or any of its partners. Morgan Cole LLP is a limited liability partnership, registered in England and Wales with registered number OC352059. It is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. A list of its members is open for inspection at any of its offices and through this website.

As used in this website, "Morgan Cole" (or "firm", "we", "our" or "us") refers collectively to Morgan Cole LLP. When we refer to "a partner" or "partners" of the firm on this website and information that may be downloaded from it, the term "partner" indicates a Member of Morgan Cole LLP.
