Duncan has been appearing as an advocate at employment tribunal hearings since 1995 and has worked for Morgan Cole since 2001. He has been involved in defending many complicated claims.  He also has vast experience of providing advice on HR issues, including health and safety work.

Duncan is responsible for Morgan Cole's immigration law advice and in particular provides guidance for employers and education bodies on sponsorship under the points based system.

Glyn is based in the Cardiff office of Morgan Cole and works alongside Duncan to provide an immigration service that serves clients across the UK.

Glyn has established and developed a strong practice in sports immigration casework, and acts for over half of the rugby union clubs in the English Premiership, including three of the four Welsh Regional rugby union clubs, on all immigration matters relating to their overseas players.

Glyn also works closely alongside Duncan to provide a wide ranging experience of other types of immigration matters across different industry sectors with experience in finance, education, catering and hospitality. Advising on recruitment and rights to work, he assists commercial organisations and individuals on the most appropriate strategies whilst minimising risk.

He understands the importance of keeping up to date on both employment and immigration law to ensure that organisations are effectively protected from Employment Tribunal claims and UK Border Agency enforcement actions. He has provided HR training on the Immigration Rules and employer obligations, and has spoken at significant sector-based events including seminars for overseas students at a number of Universities.
