Our substantial Insurance claims handling team is supported by our flexible case management system, MatterCentre, which is capable of being adapted to suit each of our clients' specific requirements. The system is developed and maintained by our highly-skilled legal innovation team who work side-by-side with our lawyers to deliver first-class case management.

The service also includes claims@once, a web service that provides clients with 24/7 online access to client matters including management information and individual matter documents. The web service is fully secure and supported by the latest web technology.
