The range of IT companies she acts for includes, developers, distributors consultancy companies and maintenance companies as well as corporate IT users. This means she regularly advises on all aspects a business’ IT/contractual needs, particularly development and licensing agreements and collaboration agreements. Nathaniel was part of the Morgan Cole team that advised the National Assembly for Wales in relation to its £220 million outsourcing for the provision of the NAW’s ICT and Business Change services, and the Welsh Ambulance NHS Trust in relation to the outsourcing of a new digital radio and communications system for Wales. Nathanial also advises on data protection, cutting edge convergence issues and has recently advised on the legal implications of IP television and IP telephony. |
