• Providing comprehensive training to NHS Innovations Hubs on all aspects of IP identification, protection, technology spin outs, other forms of exploitation and the applicability of competition law
• Drafting and negotiating all necessary development agreements, assignments and exploitation agreements associated with the development of a novel lubricants consumable for an international petroleum PLC
• Advising universities and schools on the protection of insignia, crests, seals and imprints with a view to developing a range of merchandise
• Advising on the ownership and exploitation of intellectual property rights in course materials developed by a consortium of Higher and Further Education Institutes
• Advising a Scottish company on the registration of rights to protect a new form of health treatment centre and subsequently applying for Community trade mark and design registrations
• Protecting new breast cancer diagnostic products for a University
• Advising a range of clients on trade mark filing strategies and inter group ownership issues
• Managing global trade mark filings for, amongst many other clients an international engineering company, a European industrial waste collection service, fast moving consumer goods producers, a well known chef and providers of health clinics.
