• Advising a university in connection with the licensing of a bio chemical assay to a spin out company and drafting the appropriate documentation.
• Drafting sponsorship agreements governing the benefits granted to sponsors and protection of a Formula 1 team’s brand. We also drafted merchandising agreements for the team, both in respect of the Team's official merchandise and their right to use their sponsors’ brands.
