• Advising on the holding of an intellectual property portfolio for an IPO on the London Stock Exchange.
• Advising on the intellectual property rights involved in over 60 corporate transactions for a UK PLC in connection with transactions in the UK and overseas.
• Advising on and managing the disposal of an international portfolio of more than 2000 trade marks in over 40 countries all subject to complex licensing arrangements on varying terms.
• Acting for a Canadian company in connection with its acquisition of a UK bomb disposal equipment manufacturer including advice on all of the intellectual property due diligence, drafting all relevant patent, trade mark, copyright and design assignments.
