Chris advises on complex contracts: Joint ventures, Public/Private Partnerships, outsourcing, partnerships generally and trading agreements. His sector expertise includes Health, Education and Energy. He draws on his experience from previously being a corporate and then an insolvency lawyer and also his in-house experience with BP Oil.

He advises public bodies and large private sector companies as well as charities, social enterprises and partnerships. He is the liaison partner for several of the firm's key accounts and manages the Commercial Practice Area in the firm.

Chris was formerly on the Board of the NSPCC Full Stop Campaign in Wales and is a Trustee of Fairbridge De Cymru.
