Rebecca joined Morgan Cole’s Thames Valley EPB Team in September 2009 having been a partner of Clarkslegal LLP’s Legal 500 top ranked employment team for the last 7 years. Rebecca is a highly experienced employment lawyer, having specialised in the area upon qualification.  She has extensive experience of complex and sensitive matters relating to all aspects of employment law, advising both employers and senior executives, across a diverse range of industry sectors. These sectors include: local authorities, universities, health, pharmaceuticals, IT, manufacturing, professional services, construction, and facilities management.  She provides practical solutions which meet her clients’ business objectives and satisfy legal requirements.

Rebecca has considerable expertise of advising at all stages of private and public sector outsourcing and restructuring projects. Such support includes due diligence, evaluation of employment-related risks, drafting contractual documentation, advising on proposed reorganisations and involvement in developing business strategy. She has also handled many multi-party TUPE-related claims arising from corporate projects, utilising her negotiation and advocacy skills. She is a member of the CBI’s Public Services Directorate Employment Advisory Group, which keeps her at the forefront of any developments affecting public sector procurement.
