Dionne is a solicitor in Morgan Cole’s Corporate Department. She trained at Morgan Cole and has been working in the Corporate Department since June 2006.

Dionne has experience working on a wide range of corporate and banking transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, MBO's/MBI's, corporate finance (in particular security documentation), internal reorganisations, company start-ups and general company advice.
