Phil is a commercial property partner with experience of large-scale public and private development work, joint ventures, regeneration projects and property transactions relating to the health and education sectors where he is the firm's lead partner for a number of HE, FE and NHS clients. He acts for Igloo Regeneration Partnership in its development of 40 acres of brownfield derelict former dockland in Cardiff Bay including the development of over 300,000 sq ft of space for BBC. He also acts for Amber Infrastructure in relation to the WISP JV with the Welsh Assembly Government - one of the most prominent PPP transactions in Wales delivering over £1m sq ft of Grade A BREEAM Excellent Office space over the next 10 years. Phil sits on the Board of Wales only URC in Newport and also on the Board of Regen Wales, a body established in 2009 by the Minister for Regeneration to co-ordinate the delivery of a national centre for regeneration excellence.
