  • advising the University of Wales Swansea regarding a class action petition presented to the visitor following the University’s decision to disinvest in certain departments. The petitioners are approximately 300 in number which is the largest class action received by the Department of Constitutional Affairs
  • advising various education clients on issues of bullying and breach of contract
