  • advising the National Assembly for Wales on a multi-million pound dispute in relation to the construction of the A55 in Wales; on a dispute with a highways landscaping contractor and in relation to a series of disputes in connection with the A465 Highway for a sum in excess of £2m
  • advising the Isle of Man Government in respect of a dispute with a contractor regarding sewage treatment plant works
  • acting for the University of Wales College of Medicine in respect of a multi-million dispute concerning its new bio-medical research facility. The dispute concerns allegations of inadequate design and specification, poor plant selection and inappropriate procurement strategy
