We act for sellers of businesses to MBO and MBI teams and we act for management teams and investors. We advise on the structure of transactions, exit strategies and similar issues. We also have experience of acting for institutions, and also for the minority shareholders (commonly the managers) in institutionally-controlled transactions. We have many contacts among venture capitalists, accountants and other corporate finance advisers, and we make those contacts available to our clients.
