Our expertise in urban regeneration includes advising ABP, Cardiff County Council, a major development corporation and WDA in the Cardiff Bay Development area. We are also acting for BP Chemicals and Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council on various schemes. Most recently we have become engaged in supporting Newport Unlimited, a major urban regeneration company sponsored and funded by three public authorities.
