We handle all aspects of partnership law, from the drafting of partnership agreements, particularly for professional partners, and deal with all issues which can arise between partners.  We have also formed a large number of limited liability partnerships (LLPs) and have acted on the conversion to LLP status of a number of existing general partnerships.
