• advising the National Assembly for Wales on projects including: the construction of a new debating chamber for Assembly members, the first housing stock transfer of council accommodation in Wales, the procurement of an IT system for the Assembly
  
• advising the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority in connection with arrangements for the development of a substantial part of the Harwell/Chilton Campus for science related projects
  
• advising the Defence Aviation Repair Agency (DARA) on a project to procure a new maintenance, repair and overhaul facility for aircraft at St Athan
  
• advising a major charitable trust on a Heritage Memorial Lottery Fund backed joint venture with a county council for the opening to the public of historic buildings and the establishment of a heritage centre at a former prison
  
• advising on the first refinancing of a PFI project in Wales
