  • advising several general partnerships including surveyors, architects, patent attorneys, consulting engineers, and plastic, orthopaedic and general surgeons on formation of limited liability partnerships and conversion of existing general partnerships to LLP status
  • advising on the dissolution of a number of partnerships and the rights of partners on dissolution and on the various issues which affect partners whilst the partnership continues
  • advising on the formation and use of LLPs and other limited partnerships as joint venture vehicles for property and business development
