The Commercial team at Morgan Cole recently completed a £75m, 15 year joint venture project for engineering services between Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Councils and Capita Symonds.
Major healthcare project in Avon, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire
Morgan Cole advised the Department of Health on a major project with an independent sector partner (UK Specialist Hospitals) to deliver elective (non-emergency) surgical procedures in the Avon, Gloucester and Wiltshire region. Contracts were signed in July this year.

New additions to Morgan Cole team
The Cardiff team welcomed a new addition earlier this year when James Leighton joined as a newly qualified solicitor. James has gained a wealth of experience across a wide variety of areas and will be primarily assisting Simon McCann in providing projects and procurement advice.
