Flexible Working
Flexible working – 15 % of employees at Morgan Cole work part time.
Morgan Cole aims to provide an environment that creates an acceptable work/life balance for members irrespective of their statutory right. The promotion of flexible working arrangements helps to increase staff motivation, reduce employee stress, improve employee performance and productivity and therefore aids staff retention within the firm.
In addition to statutory rights, it is the Firm’s policy to try and be flexible on working patterns for all members , although priority will always be given to those members who do have the statutory right to request flexible working. All members are eligible to apply for flexible working.
You can apply to vary the number of hours you work, the times you work or your place of work (between your home and the Firm’s place of business). Although the Firm is committed to being flexible on working patterns for its members, the requirements of the business are paramount and it may not be appropriate or possible for flexible working arrangements to apply to all jobs across all areas of the business.

The firm requests information on ethnic breakdown and disability of partners and employees within the firm for monitoring purposes. The information is provided on a confidential and voluntary basis and is not therefore fully comprehensive.
